SERVICE VISITS

We recommend weekly service visits to keep your pool in optimal condition. However, we understand that every pool and every homeowner's needs are unique, which is why we also offer fortnightly, monthly, and ad-hoc visits to suit your needs. Our service visits are designed to be flexible, with no fixed contracts tying you down. You are free to adjust or terminate services at any point, making us the ideal choice if you value both quality and convenience.

Each service visit is designed to cover all the essentials, ensuring your pool is not only clean but also operating efficiently. A typical visit lasts between 45 minutes to 1 hour and 15 minutes, during which our expert team will:

✔️ Check and Balance Chemicals: We assess the chemical levels and dose as required to maintain water clarity and safety.

✔️ Vacuum and Net the Pool: Debris is quickly dealt with, leaving your pool spotless.

✔️ Backwash and Rinse Filter Media: We keep your filtration system running smoothly, ensuring it continues to perform optimally.

✔️ Remove Debris from Skimmer and Pump Baskets: Clearing these critical components helps prevent blockages and keeps your pool water circulating properly.

✔️ Check and Tidy the Plant Room: We ensure all your pool equipment is functioning as it should, keeping your pool in top condition.

✔️ Record Work Done: A detailed log is kept, including water balance and temperature, so you always know the status of your pool.
